Shareinvestor has recently added a S&P 500 folder to help you to manage your US portfolio better.
Now, if you have been trading US markets for a while, you would realise that you are really spoilt for choice
with so many stocks to choose from. S&P folder with the Asia Charts’ screener reports (SR, DB, Golden Swing, etc),
make it so much easier for you to identify strong stocks.
S&P 500 component stocks are selected base on their capitalisation and liquidity. Company must also have at
least 4 consecutive quarters of positive earnings. Periodic review of the component stocks helps to ensure the health
of the S&P index. In short, they are “safer” stocks to focus on.
To view S&P 500 folder, upgrade your SI Station by following the steps below :
1. Select “Help” tab
2. Select “Check for Upgrade”
Install the latest update from the instructions given
S&P 500 folder is listed separately under Channels as shown below.
